These have to be about the dumbest TB employees I've ever encountered. They have repeatedly messed up the exact same order I've gotten for years. This wasn't an issue until just a few months ago.
The last time I got a nachos bell grande, they gave me so little meat it didn't even HALF fill their condiment cups! What's so hard to understand about just putting the nachos in a separate container from everything else so they don't get soggy on my 15 minute drive home?

I ordered online for lunch and went to pick up my food. The inside was closed and the drive through was full. I called and I was told I could get my money refunded or pick up my food through the drive through. The line was too long for me to wait which it why I order pick up in store. I didn't get my food, I still haven't gotten my refund and its been 4 days. I never got lunch that day. I have contacted corporate twice with no response. Pretty put out with that particular taco bell.

I had an enjoyable experience at this Taco Bell on my visit today. The staff was very friendly and my food was hot and was ready in about five minutes. I usually have to wait 15-20 minutes and was pleasantly surprised when my finicky order was ready in five. Good job, TB!

Drive thru line was long. It was 7pm. Suprisingly though it went quick. We even had an order with no tomatoes. They got the order correct and the food tasted fresh.

Drive thru? More like wait thru. I have never waited this long for (fast food) before. This service? doesn't deserve one star. Is the problem not enough employees? There isn't any fast food worth waiting this long for.

The lady who works the drive thru in the mornings is the absolute best! She’s always friendly and cheerful! Please keep her! Lol

Extremely slow workers, early close time and lobby is still closed despite the Covid scare being practically over. Only good employee is the older lady that works the window, Hopefully they can hire some better help.

I purposely stopped by for a Mexican pizza and there was a sign saying that they were sold out. How do you run out of a Mexican dish at a Mexican restaurant.
