Love Dunkin' donuts their Frozen coffee with sweet vanilla is absolutely amazing makes Tim Hortons ice caps taste like junk! I have noticed regular coffee have to ask for more sugar than you would normally get cuz it never tastes like they put any in don't know if their machines not measuring it right but it's been off for the last few months. Duncan is my go-to for coffee and donuts sausage on breakfast sandwiches are actually amazing!

I have been to this dunkin many times and I have had maybe one or two good experiences. Today I decided to walk in and order because the drive thru line was long and when I went inside I was first on line. I wasn’t spoken to or looked at for about 9 minutes. Finally the young girl at the drive thru window took my order but then I had to wait 25 minutes for my two iced coffees. 3 separate people ordered after me and got their food and coffees before me and when I tried to tell them how long I had been waiting, they ignored me three times. They act like they cannot see or hear you; it is horribly rude. As someone who works at another huge coffee chain, I understand how difficult it can be to get orders out in good time but they constantly mess up. I would advise anyone who wants dunkin to go to the one near UB’s South Campus.

As someone who works around the area I spent most of my mornings/afternoons at this dunkin. here are something you should know. 1- Mobile Order is useless for this place. I ordered 5 times and all 5 I had to go into the store and ask where my order was and then they started preparing it. 2- Don’t expect your drink to be mixed. Seriously. They just dump the coffee, milk or whatever you order and hand it to you. I once ordered a matcha that was so underprepared that matcha was still at the bottom and you could almost see the pure whiteness of the milk. When i asked how did they expect me to mix this given that they don’t have anything to stir with provided, they just took it, shook it for a second and gave it back and kept talking to each other. Literally made no difference. 3- Your food is never going to be hot. Dreaming a BEC on a croissant? yeah that cheese is gonna be fresh out of the fridge, croissant is gonna be white and untoasted. Oh you wanted to make sure your food is warm so you ask for “toasted”? Yeah here you go, a burnt croissant for you. this applies to hash browns too. Mind you when I go there I’m usually the only customer around. If it was a busy case I would understand however it wasn’t the case.
