DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The guy that works the nightshift named mark is extremely rude and asks to put your backpack up front just so he can steal your stuff when your shopping. He stole $50 out of my bag and then threatened me. Will not be going back here ever again.

Extremely rude staff (night shift). Unfortunately had to stop by this location for a gallon of water. The staff was not welcoming at all. Didn't respond to greetings (that's okay. I can live with that) but he was showing too much attitude throughout the transaction as if he was giving the goods away for free. Was arguing with an African American guy who entered the store immediately after me and asked the staff why he was not wearing a proper face mask? Dont know what happened after that but figured he called cops on the customer. Didn't take me longer to identify that this gentleman is allergic to colored people. If this is the case the owner should put "whites only" board outside the store.

Love going to 7-11. But I am going to try to avoid going when Denise is there she is rude and disrespectful at times. Makes me feel like I should be going somewhere else but unfortunately I don't have transportation so I am going to but when she is not there. Don't like to be made to feel like this.

I had missing item from my delivered order (08/14/2020 1:20 am ) and i gave a call to the store and the over night dude was so disrespectful , voice tone and attitude! Bad customer service dude! I won’t recommend to keep him! This is my favorite location of 7/11 but not anymore after this terrible dudde service !

Friendly helpful staff and YEA!!!! had cappuccino for my refill cup!! Talked with Randi and she was sweet enough to help me find my way to Niagara Falls. Open 24 hours and I will be happy to go back in here several more times while on RoadTrip2017-C!!! Went back the next day and Kayla was there again. She's a sweetheart and YEA!!! Cappachino machine ready and waiting!!!
