Unfortunately you can’t leave 0 stars. The female afternoon manager at this location is ridiculously rude and disrespectful. She makes me never want to shop here, unfortunate since this is the closest 7/11 to me. I’ve also seen her be extremely rude to other customers on a regular basis. I don’t know what her problem is, but I tell you the only problem with this store is her. Extremely poor communication skills, abismal customer service attitude, definite superiority complex… The absolute worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a convenience store in my life. Word of advice, do not shop here if she’s working!

Great location! The area can get busy during the day, at night it's the complete opposite. Always fast service. I like this one due to the variety and you can find certain items you can't find at other locations! The quick grab and go snacks & sandwich's are way better than the ones at any gas station.

Maybe one of the prettiest views from a 7 Eleven. Even in the winter. Nice location. Really fills a niche. Great parking. It's on Niagara St. in the City of Tonawanda along the Niagra River near Veterans Park. They have pizza, magazines. Most essentials. Good selection of beer including Canadian. Some oddball stuff like toys, gloves, seasonal things. Lottery. Friendly service. Clean inside and outside.
