i mean the chicken and food are pretty delicious if you get what you order. Most of the time I have to do two loops to pick up the rest of my food and drinks. I've started employing as side care order checker to save me time on my quick eatery food pit stops. It would be awesome if they could put everything in your order in at the same time though, because, you know, ... Fast Food. Two laps isn't really my first thought process.

Food was really fresh this morning 🌄 chicken was well seasoned 🧂and the food was hot! Really quiet and tucked away.. it's in the same shopping center as Sprouts grocery market. I think El Pollo Loco is a better choice if you're trying to be healthy compared to fried chicken.
Ladies behind the counter were all so nice!

I love El Pollo loco. I hate this location. I've already reported this store for franchise violations because they kind of just do what they want. Randomly shutting down the dining room. Closing random hours. I don't know if the owner of this location is aware what the managers are doing but hopefully the franchise board will fine the owner of this location

Place is ok and well kept. However, during our visit , foods are available for carry out only and their restroom is temporarily unavailable for patrons because of the current pandemic situation, which is totally understandable. Staffs are nice and courteous, The foods are ok and just like any other Pollo Loco branches we've visited before.

Good mexican food fast food place. Pretty much empty when we got there but it was 2pm so thats understandable. Quick order and cashier girl was nice and patient. I wish they have a salad meal option instead of just sides. Everything else has rice.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is cooked very good. Interior of Restaurant is kept very clean.

Tried to redeem my rewards and the app would open in the restaurant. This place is known for this. Tried it today and the reward was gone! This is mot the first This has happened. Very discouraging!

When I pull up in the drive thru, go ahead and place my order get up to the window, and they tell me they have ran out of chicken. You can order something else. What your a chicken Joint. Wow.🤯🐓🐔
