ALWAYS out of ice cream. I've been there a few times recently, and each time, bad experiences. Not sure how this location is still open. Wasn't always THIS bad. About 3 months ago around 7pm, I went in and there were no customers...also no one watching the front of the store. I waited about 7 minutes and then a line started forming behind me. I called the store and surprisingly someone answered. I asked if they were open, they said yes, and I said, "Ok, you have a line forming out here. I'm in the store." Two guys came out from the back. Went in again with a friend and they had only 5 flavors of ice cream to choose from. All the other tubs inside the freezer were empty or almost empty. My friend didn't get anything since the store didnt have the flavor they wanted (chocolate). Went in today, 5/24/2021, and only 7 flavors to choose from this time. I noticed the toppings were pretty empty too. They did not have the flavor my son wanted for a shake (chocolate), so he chose a signature ice cream instead with cookie dough. After receiving his ice cream, he scooped up some ice cream and noticed a dead fly...that was about to be his first bite. I went in the store, they remade the ice cream, but my son no longer had an appetite for cold stone after that. He looked at his new ice cream and still had that image of the fly in his mind so he threw it away without even taking a bite. Should've received a complete refund. I wasted $6 today. I will never go to this location again. Poor customer service, dirty presentation/appearance, obviously unsanitary, and always out of ice cream. How are you always out of ice cream when you make ice cream? Containers left open..even the stone that they use to mix the ice cream was not scraped after every use.

Ordered a cake with a pick up time of 1115. Get there at 1230ish the cake isn't ready. The guy is like the cake decorator doesn't come in until 5. Well la di dah my daughters party starts at 3. Then he calls and says it's ready. Go pick it up... it just says happy birthday even though the receipt literally says Happy Birthday and my daughter's name. I mean I just gave up. Horrible experience. Definitely will NOT use them again.
