Luna Grill Temecula

I stopped here after a lacrosse game with my daughter. We were tired and had a bit of a drive home. The food was yummy. The staff was so friendly. They gave us some hummus on the house because I thought it came with my meal. They were ready to close while we were eating, but assured us to take our time. What a nice experience for us before we made a long drive back to our hometown.

I love Luna grill but we had a bad experience at this location. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered online for order pick up. We live about 25 minutes away from this location so upon arriving home, we realized they forgot one of our entrées plus 2 sauces that were paid for. It was frustrating but we understand mistakes happen. We called and were put on hold for 10 minutes so we decided to use another phone to call and we were immediately helped which was very odd. We spoke with one of the workers and she said she had the entrée and sauces in front of her and that she was so sorry for forgetting. We explained that we wouldn’t be able to come back to make it in time for closing. We asked her if she could refund the meal but she said she wasn’t able to. Her solution was to “put it on the books” that we could come back at anytime and claim the missing entrée and we also would get a free dessert and the two side dressings we had paid for but never received. We told her we didn’t feel very comfortable with this solution and it just seems like an odd way to fix this, especially if it’s another worker who may not even know what we are talking about. We also don’t live close so it could be months before we would come back again. After this happened, I reached out through the website and explained what had happened and we asked if we could possibly get a refund or a gift card, something more formal than someone telling us that, “it’s on the books” and to “just ask” next time we come in. Unfortunately it has been almost 2 weeks but I haven’t gotten any response from customer service. It’s a bummer because we really like Luna grill but not happy with the customer service and the solution that was offered to us. We won’t be going back unless someone is able to rectify this situation in a more official way.

This place is amazing!! I come here often since I work close by. Food is always fresh and tastes delicious!! Staff is super friendly. I love how they have staff pics playing on a big screen in their lobby btws! Strawberry hibiscus and lemonade mixed (Waay fiiire) lol um what else? Oh yeah download their app too I saved bunch already and they give you points every time you scan the barcode on the receipt!!!!!
