Mcdonald's

I would love to rate the food but without any exaggeration of the 4 times I went over the last year, it's been closed for grill cleaning. I work late into the night so I have only been able to go between midnight and 1am. Because of the limited options that late, I keep trying to get a Big Mac. I gave it 2 stars only because when I finally decided to call and complain, the manager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very apologetic and promised to escalate my complaint up. Thank you to her. My advice is take down the HUGE sign facing the freeway that says open 24 hours and turn the drive thru open sign off if you can't make burgers at specific times.

The line was long and the drive-thru employee was in training. She seemed to be laughing oddly when we got to the window to pay (maybe she was shy)? The man handed us our order but it was missing our drinks. He fixed it when we let him know. Fries were hot and delicious but the cheese burgers had onions and tasted fake (not hot enough). It is what it is, it's McDonald's and sometimes it's bad, good or great!

McDonald's is always a winner with children. The meals are simple and not much waiting inside. The drive-thru you will wait a little while longer. It is always easy to hop off the freeway and continue on after a bite to eat. It helps to keep the children from asking, "Are we there yet," every 5minutes.

If I could give this McDonald’s no stars I would unfortunately I don’t have that option. We will never EVER return to this location again and I will be sure to tell friends and family not to support this location. We stopped by around 10:30pm and waited at the drive through with no one taking our order at the intercom. We called out a few times before pulling forward and upon doing so we encounter two very unprofessional boys dancing and clearly not taking their jobs serious. Not to mention they had a friend who was on the other side of the counter being entertained by these two. We asked if the intercom was not working and all we got was “You have to go back around and order” like are you kidding me? We waited at the intercom and now just being brushed off as they continue to dance and laugh. Not to mention “they didn’t have anything we wanted to order”. I don’t know who’s doing the hiring but that person needs to be replaced. Here’s a few pictures of these so called employees and the friend with blue hoodie peaking over the counter. Check out the reaction once they saw us recording.... no more hanging out laughing and dancing.

So after giving this place a second chance a year later..... here's what you get, half full fries in a large meal and kids meal. They forgot the kids meal chocolate milk, and were extremely rude at the window. This is a point to share with corporate. Take the 10 minutes and go to the other location, this one isn't worth it
