Tim Hortons

I’ve started to come here in the morning because the gentlemen taking my order and serving me at the window are incredibly sweet. They are so adorable and literally make my day. And my order is always made how I ask for it. I’ve been to so many tim hortons that are so inconsistent with this coffee, not this one. Love this place!!!!!

I love the way they made my Irish cream cold brew with cold foam. The drink itself was beautiful. The foam didn't get absorbed by the coffee or ice and turn the whole drink into liquid. There was still foam at the very last sip. I got a medium because they are doing an offer for free medium cold brews on the weekend if you use the app. The line was long and moved slowly on a Sunday morning, but it was worth the wait.

The past 3 times I've gone thru the drive thru my order has been wrong. It comes up on the screen correct and its repeated back (med iced coffee with vream and sugar). When I arrive at the window, they hand me a hot coffee. If I correct it, there is attitude about what I ordered. This has started recently. May be short staffed like the rest of America. But its a simple iced coffee. I'll see what happens next time and update if better

What a night and day difference between this location and the location on Michigan ave near the train station. This place has been always good with the speed of the line, my orders, never had a mistake and their items seem to always taste a bit better, customer service is will recognized and they try to achieve it to keep customers returning. This has been my go to now even tho the Michigan ave location is closer. I hope they continue this trend.

The best coffee around and good food. But like other fast food places, there's always a problem with the order, such as ordering a sweet tea and they give us unsweetened, or I'm specific with no whipped cream in my coffee and I get it anyways. During lunch time they run out of chips, no matter which location, and it would be a miracle to ever get a napkin or hot cup sleeve. It's a hassle, but make sure to check your order before you leave. ASK for napkins and a hot sleeve because they don't automatically give those things to you. Maybe they're trying to save money- but it's annoying. Good food though. Great coffee.
