Grand Buffet

This time when I went to HEB they were remodeling and making the store better. I am happy to see they continue to grow and better the store for us. Always super clean store and parking lot. Great public bathrooms. The employees are always nice and helpful. Love the coupons posted throughout the store. I love my HEB.

We all love HEB for their great prices, community oriented service, and great products. This location is no different, in fact, this location is exceedingly pushing my expectations for stores UP due to the high quality of the store. It's pretty much always cleanly and organized, as well as setting a good example for service by employees.

Not an HEB Plus, which isn't necessarily bad, just FYI. Not the most diverse of variety but has everything you'll need in most cases. I was at this location for the first time and for a few specific items. I enjoyed the selection of kitchen items. I was able to locate all but one item. Staff at self-checkout was friendly and helpful. The store was organized and workers seemed engaged.

I usually don't shop at this location, but took a chance anyway. I'm biased when it comes to grocery shopping so I always go to HEB. My only negative with this location is that it is more expensive than the one down the street from my home. But I was at a location that needed food pronto, I did not have the luxury to drive to "my heb". Still though everyone there was helpful, a song came on and everyone started singing and dancing to it which was really humorous. I do recommend coming here. :)

Truly disappointed. I realize that there's supply shortages and I know that they are probably short-staffed. But here's the problem.... I have applied here multiple times and been very open to whatever positions. I have never gotten past the first interview so okay maybe there's something wrong with me but I am fully qualified to be a cashier at this point because I do the self checkout!!!!!! I'm also fully qualified to be a bagger because as stated above I do the self checkout so not only am I ringing up groceries on The Daily and bagging them on the daily I feel that I am already working there I'm just not getting paid for it but when I go through the line and have a cashier ringing me up who's not even friendly then I have to bag everything myself because there's nobody there to bag unless you go at like 8:00 at night! I really would be going other places for grocery shopping except for unfortunately HEB has a monopoly and everywhere else is a little bit too far of a drive so as normal I will be heading to HEB for my normal grocery shopping!!! I just say bring back customer service please it's been a whole minute since I've seen anyone there he's been friendly at all whatsoever and I would really love it if you would bring back the Baggers shoot I would love to even apply again!!!! I really am a very friendly person!!!

First time going to the Taylor HEB. It's a nice large store with wide aisles and not many people shopping during my visit. It was convenient stopping here on the way home from Giddings to pick up some stuff to make chili with for dinner. Gotta love HEB. I don't know what I would do if I had to move some place where HEB did not have a store!?$#

FLY in my fried turkey deli meat!!! I was so looking forward to trying this meat. I made me a fold over sandwich and when I looked in the lunch meat, there was a squished fly in-between the slices! 🤮 I reached out to customer service through email and included this photo. Hoping for a quick response.
