Our waiter was helpful and super friendly, but I doubt I’ll ever eat at this restaurant again. I just wasn’t super excited about their New Orleans’ Seafood...which was nothing more than tilapia w/ shrimp and a cheesy sauce. It looked great on the menu but didn’t live up to my expectations.
And...my drink was served in a glass with bits of dried food on it.
I was really disappointed.

I normally like coming to Ruby Tuesday but today was probably the last time I go to this one. The salad bar was probably the worst I have seen in quite some time. Most of the lettuce was something I would have been ashamed to have out for guests to try and pick through just so they can make a salad. One of the plates had hair on it and the mushrooms had all turned brown mind you that at one point they looked to have been the white mushrooms. Our waiter was good he kept checking on us b it my only complaint was that our plates and cups stayed on the table till we left.

If a restaurant is barely occupied on Saturday evening that pretty much says it all. Service was slow. A request to have our table wiped was ignored. One set of our wrapped utensils was crusted with food. (How do you even wrap food encrusted utensils in a napkin without noticing?) A table in our section was left dirty through our entire meal. The lady's room had barely any soap in the dispenser, a full trash can, and floors sticky with some sort of brown crud. I don't expect anything fancy from Ruby Tuesday's but simple cleanliness should be a given.
The food was okay but the entree arrived while we were just halfway into our appetizer. The beer I ordered came halfway through the entree. Ice water and beer glasses were warm. Shrimp were significantly smaller and fewer than the picture on the menu. (Oh, well---Ruby Tuesday's.) On a positive note our dessert was pretty good and the waitress was sweet, if not terribly professional. Would we come back? Goodness, no.

Stopped in tonight. Purposely decided on Ruby Tuesday because of the salad bar. What a disaster. After standing at the door for 10 minutes, we’re finally placed at a booth. There were very few people eating at the restaurant. We browse the menu for around 15 minutes when finally our waitress comes over. She takes our drink order and dinner order all at one time. My husband and I choose the salad bar and one of our sides. She tells us to go on up and get our salads while she puts in our order. We do so. No lettuce on bar. Some spinach so we make due. Almost everything else is empty or close to it. The salad dressings, especially the ranch was empty. We each eat a small half way made salad. Still no drinks at the table. No food either. By this time we’ve been at the restaurant for an hour. The waitress comes back by and asks if we’re ok. I tell her no, that I think we’re just going to take the ticket and that’ I’d like to speak to the manager. The manager comes out, no name tag or any sort of credentials. Asks if we’re alright. I explain to her the entire visit and that I wanted her to know why. She’ says alright, she’ll get our ticket. $21 I asked what in the world was $21. She says the drinks and the salad bar. I tell her we never even got the drinks. I end up paying $14 for 2 salads that weren’t even really salads. Also while we’re standing there, a little boy grabs a handful of spinach and throws it on a plate with his hand. His grandfather told him He wasn’t allowed to do that and dumped it back in the bar. Nobody did anything about it! This place is disgusting and we won’t be going back. And that she charged me for anything was absolutely pathetic. We left and went elsewhere to eat since the salad certainly wasn’t enough for dinner!

I've been to a couple Ruby Tuesday's around the country and it can pretty much always be said that the food quality is the same between them all. But that's not why this location gets a 5 star. Their service was impeccable. Met by both the manager on duty and the waitress. They helped me find an outlet so I could knock out my work on my laptop and they both regularly checked up on me. Felt like a regular at a location I've never been to before. Keep up the good work!!!

The food was ok. Our server Jasmine was awesome. The issue was all the flies. I killed 5 while we were waiting on our food. I have some concerns about the open salad bar. We had to keep a close watch over our food while we ate so I know they were having a ball on the salad bar.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in my entire life. We chose Ruby Tuesday tonight and decided to take our children - 13, 9, 2, and 11 months. The servers, hostess, and even the kitchen staff are all great. However, the new manager that replaced Josh is horrible. We sat for 45 minutes without even a drink because she wouldn't let anyone take our table or bring us drinks without her permission. The hostess tried to take out drink order and get our drinks only to be screamed at to get out of the kitchen. After almost an hour we were finally brought drinks. The Mellow Yellow my fiance received was completely out and almost clear. The kids were brought unsweet tea instead of sweet. There were two large parties (around 10 people or more each) that both waited well over two hours for their food. One large party of a family celebrating for a wedding that is tomorrow, didn't even have their food order put in until after nearly two hours. They ended up leaving after two plates came out that were the wrong food and the rest of the table not having received anything at all. The poor bride to be was so upset saying that they were paying for pretty much their entire wedding on their own and just wanted to have a nice dinner before the big day. It definitely ruined what should be a special time in their lives. They will never forget it. The other large party didn't get their food until at least 30 minutes after we ended up getting ours. I would say they had about a 2-3 hour wait also. They were all angry and complaining. The food that came out to them was also wrong. My 9 year old received the wrong side and my 2 year old was not given a side at all. The table behind ours ended up leaving because their was so much drama and after an hour their food had not came out either, overall they had the shortest wait but were regulars who were super upset with all that was going on. Most of the customers there were regulars like we were and not a single table was happy. All of the servers were also upset over being mistreated by the manager. The issues were not the servers fault. Everything went back to the manager who was trying to micro manage in the kitchen when she has no idea what she is doing. She has a huge attitude problem and instead of owning up to it, accepting help, she tries to throw everyone else under the bus. When we spoke with her she stared at me like I was stupid the entire time I spoke to her and acted like she didn't care. I told her that her hostess was the saving grace or we had already been gone, but that I didn't appreciate her not letting her bring us drinks when we had been waiting for almost an hour. All she said was that she was sorry for the hostess' attitude. The hostess was amazing to everyone the entire night. When the wedding party table finally lost their cool she did the same to them - just got a huge attitude and stared at them like they were stupid. She clearly does not care about her job, her customers, or her fellow employees. She just stands there with an attitude and not much to say. She sent most of the servers home on a Friday night, holiday weekend at 5pm which one of the huge issues. She also cut people from the kitchen and others while we were there. It was so bad that one cook was crying and shaking, the hostess was doubled over in pain from stress (and had been working her tail off trying to check on tables and cleaning off others - not even her job), and several kept going outside to cool off because she was being so terrible to everyone. It was an absolute circus. I have never seen anything like it. New manager needs to go or this location is going to go under. Word travels fast in a small town.

We won't be returning. Our server was nice, friendly and attentive. We ordered the queso dip with chips and that was surprisingly tasty. However, this is where the positive ends. The restaurant appeared dirty and a lot of staff standing / sitting. Order 1 - chicken fresco was overcooked, broccoli over cooked and over salted, and mashed potatoes were hard. Food was inedible. Order 2 - bourbon bacon burger was burnt and dried out and the lettuce appeared old and limp. I ate the burger, as I was starving. The manager allowed us to get a salad, but the salad bar was disgusting. The first thing that came to mind when I first walked in was to not eat anything uncooked in a place that looked in the condition it was in.
