Picked up our meal from this restaurant a few minutes ago. We ordered an 8-piece meal with two sides, and a large unsweet tea. The person taking the order repeated it back to us correctly. When we got to the window to pick it up, they gave us a half-and-half tea, and ONLY chicken. No sides whatsoever, and no biscuits. The staff looked like they were having a grand old time playing around and joking with each other. The only reason I can give them two stars is because at the very least, they didn't charge me for anything other than what I received. VERY disappointing. I will probably go to Bojangle's instead of this location in the future.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Sumter ever . Specially doing door dash they should find a faster way to give out these orders . I understand because of Covid they have to keep their doors closed . But they can always bring out our door dash orders to the doors . Or not have door dash at all .
