I went to this 711 at 1 in the morning and the man that work there was so rude he was on the phone didn’t talk to me at all and he try to over charge me he double scan my item I’m not the only one before that I have to wait for 20 minutes in line because he had a customer in front of me and they was arguing about he took her money and said her card was declined but she show him that 711 took the money on her phone he was so rude and he was still on the phone with someone I will never go to that 711 ever again bad customer service

I always go to this location but today on my way to run my business the cashier was very rude and unpleasant. She made me feel conflicted on spending any more of my hard earned money there. Very disappointed 😞 I have to say. Poor customer service. She was on the phone the whole time and did not hear any of my concerns or heard me for that matter. After repeating myself for the 4th time asking very politely for a bag. She then said with an attitude. 25 cents and shoved my purchased items in the bag and walked away continuing her conversation on her Bluetooth 😑. What is the matter with people. I still wished her a good day and got a nasty look.

Great cup for cold beverages and gives me a giggle each and every time I gaze upon how silly Mr. Pool is by scribbling out the 'slur' part and leaving us with the brilliant joke where now it reads 'pee'. This is quite clever because now it implies that the cup is filled with pee and the person consuming a beverage from the cup is, in fact, drinking pee. It makes everyone laugh and laugh because it's so absurd! Pee doesn't slate a thirst, although it is sterile. The store itself is staffed with friendly people that know how to keep a line moving, so no matter how many people are lined up, no one wants for an inordinate amount of time. There are also many trinkets for purchase and super cool 'impulse buy' items available on the counter. The squishy ball inside of a net it quite exquisite.
