Burger King

Most the time this place is really good but today they messed up my order a little bit granted there might have been some miscommunication. And when I asked them for double sausage, they again gave me another sausage and bacon croissant. Probably have a better chance getting your order right at a toddlers kitchen.

⚠️ DONT WASTE UR REAL HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION ⚠️ Every other week we go to try them out because we just recently moved back.. every time we do go they don’t “hear you” ordering is what a manger said to me right after saying he has 3 other people listening to orders in drive thrus.. so while I was explaining why every time we go we have to wait for our food an extra 20mins than still go and go and go inside to re order the rest because “they didn’t hear” but u have 6 other ears listening there’s no excuse for that to always happen for the past 2 months I been here…. While trying to explain anyway he tried to mumble me something than hung up. If they simply didn’t want to deal with customers they should use the brain and ears a little better somewhere where they are actually better at because burger joint is to hard for them :)

Every single time I go to this location I do not receive was I ordered. Whether it is missing items or incorrect items, it's always something. These photos are of my order this evening. The burger I received was not what I ordered. It was missing both the bbq sauce and onion rings that it should have. I'll drive across town when/if I crave BK from now on.

Terrible! I came through today for a Cornell Hayes meal. They didn't even know what that was. The order taker was so lazy.. I love this BK but today, whoa. I ended up telling them to just ring me up for the whopper with cheese. Add fries and jalapeno bites to the side. They gave me the oldest bites ever. I went back through and let the woman manager to it seemed to be. She took them, and refried them after I put my fingers and her fingers all over them. I ate one but she must have not realized. I still got the same bites just re heated. When I got home I noticed and I see there is no cheese. This was terrible, I got cheese and a sprite for free from Sonic as I told them BK couldn't get my order rightm had great speed and customer service.
