Our burgers were cold and not made fresh. And the cheese curds were cold!! Disgusting!!
This is the 3rd time in past month our food was horrible!!!
All the food should be made fresh especially the burgers!!!!!
And the customer service is horrible!!!
Won’t be going back anytime soon!!!

Passing through on a road trip just before a blizzard. Just like most DQ's food great, ice cream yummy and as usual the people were really friendly.

When I went to Dairy Queen I was expecting poor service cause one out of 4 times I go there it’s it’s fine! The other 3 times its missing something and sloppy the bun has more grease than the burger the food is not cooked all the way! And now that I received “moldy bread!!” It makes me ask myself why I go back. If i could post a picture of the “Moldy Bread” I would It was the worst! I had to give them one star but I would give them a zero:(

We had to explain our order to the girl 3 times, cheese on a hamburger, no drinks that we paid for, and no sauces with any of our meals. We've been coming for years and finally lost it. Our money will not be wasted here anymore.
