This is for restaurant # C191027 at 8330 paradise valley I won’t say no names but the lady who took my order was not about customer service how ever Maritza heard and saw what was happening and took over and showed how important customer service is to her. She step in and took care of my order with grace and pride for the Taco Bell company. She is a winner and definitely deserve recognition. Thank you Maritza. I don’t know about anyone else but I take extreme caution to who ever is making my food. Some of these employees don’t care because to them it’s fast food and just a check but I would like to thank the young lady Maritza for her leadership skills. Bless her heart I hope she see this thank you

I came here after ordering online. I initially ordered the specialty side of cheese potatoes with sour cream that's $1.89 no taxes added yet. I wanted to upsize it, so I checked the option for more potatoes which is 80 cent plus I wanted extra cheese beef and beans..which brought the total to around $4.50+. I've ordered this from other taco bells prior and never had an issue. I wish I could show you what I received. The extra potatoes alone should have offered a bigger tray, than the little side dish that was given. No only am I offended, I paid extra to throw something in the trash. Thanks I'll NEVER come here again. Coming from someone who NEVER leaves a review. My profile pic and a Google check would confirm that after listening too my music. We gotta do better..
