The best coffee in town. I have tried the local mom and pop shops but I always leave wishing I would have just gone to Starbucks. Lesson learned and I will never stray again. They just always get it perfect and so delicious.

9/10 times this location is perfect, drinks made well and friendly staff.
My last trip though my 12oz drink was maybe 4oz and a cup of ice. That wasn’t cool.
I’m sure it was an accident but anything we can do to avoid that would be helpful.

Asked for an Earl Grey hot tea with sugar and lemon. They don't have lemons for hot or iced tea, seriously? Anyway they said they could put lemonade and sugar in it. I said ok I'll try that. Ended up getting tea with nothing in it!?! This is one reason I don't go to Starbucks their pricing is another.

Not a very intuitive menu for first time visitors. I walked in and felt super out of my depth. The customer service was pretty okay, but overall won't be returning without someone who knows whats good that can help me find a decent thing to drink.

They do not honor B1G1, paid full price on Thursday as a promotion and on Sunday morning the manager admitted they chose not to turn on their mobile ordering and take part in the 'free' portion of the promo.
So, they're happy to have me pay full price but then go to another store for the free promo in order to pad their bottom line. Pathetic.
Now, I can either drive 15+ min away to South Spring Hill or into Franklin. Absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed. Will be filing a complaint.
Update: The store in South Spring Hill was listed as open, placed an order but they were closed due to lack of staff. This location on Main Street refused to do anything regarding the coupon even after I told them that the store South of town was closed. Awful customer service, will not be returning.
