I have brought a bigger plate on Oct.18th drive through. The cashier asked me if I want to donate to children, and I said “no than you”. Today, while I was making my credit card payment, I saw Panda Express charges me $10 with the donation (the regular price after tax is $9.86).
It’s literally unethical, please stop! I have sponsored one child from the organization Children International, I have my way to make my love, not even be forced in this way. The store manager, I wish this can bring your attention.

Waited over 15 minutes for egg rolls and my food was cold. I asked could it be put in a warmer however cause of Covid they where not able too. I had cold food and hot egg rolls ha

This location is going downhill. Boyish looking caucasian girl with the short hair has an attitude problem. Food is consistently hit or miss. Rice I received at last visit was 90% uncooked. They had to know the rice was raw.

The food wasn't all that great. The fried rice wasn't great great. The honey walnut shrimp was toooooo done. But everything else was ok. I would rather go to a different one instead.

Not fond of the service at the drive thru. Small, stingy portions for the price and long lines for semi-warm food. Wouldn't recommend. I see that I am not alone in my thoughts of this flavorless food.

They say it closes at 9:30 but the only menu options available at 8:45 were fried rice, orange chicken, and 1 or 2 other things due to then 'closing soon.' I waited in line for about 15 minutes to be told this information. Their food is fine, but this event really soured my opinion of them.
