Great customer service! We had 26 people in our party. The two servers we had were phenomenal. Our drinks stayed full, they made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and the manager stopped by to check on us. Hands down the best restaurant experience we had during our stay in the Nashville area. Very impressed!

Just in case the manager thought I was lying. I’m telling them what’s wrong with my order and all they’re saying is “you’re just missing condiments” as if I wanna eat this dry, now cold food! Not to mention it’s supposed to come with them regardless. Do y’all see these rolls 😂😂 they bout darker than me! I bit in it and almost broke my tooth. This location never been that good- I see why it’s hidden. Antioch still remains OG

Definitely Not What We Expected.. Ordered Steak & Chickens Strips.. Potato Skins For Appetizer.. Steak Was Ok After I Sent It Back To Be Cooked.. Chicken Strips Was Good .. The Rice Pilaf Is Just Dry Brown Rice No Vegetables.. Returned And Got Broccoli.. Also The Mac & Cheese Was Bland. But The Rolls Were Good.. 🤷🏽♀️

Our first visit was great, we even thought this could be our weekly stop since just moving to the area. The second visit was not what we were expecting at all. Left a comment online and received a phone call from the general manager and the response and compassion he showed we decided to come back and give them another shot. This last visit was just as good as the first. Thank you Steve and the bartender that served us! We appreciate the kind hospitality!

Our waiter was terrific!! He took excellent care of us, was polite and helpful. Our food was very good and there was more than plenty. Each of us took home leftovers for another day. When you are meeting with close friends, this is the exact kind of experience you wish to have. Brava!!

Decided to treat myself to a late lunch after running errands. Had not been to O'Charley's in awhile and the menu has changed but for the best. Lots of choices and the prices were reasonable. Had the catfish which was cooked to perfection. Will definitely return for another meal !!! Service was great too.

Went today with two friends of mine and considering they only had a bartender and one server and the place was pretty busy but I think they done a spectacular job and kept customer service top notch. And the food we had was great.

Absolutely awful. Two really poor experiences in a week. The first experience was through an order placed through the website for lunch and delivered by DoorDash. We ordered the new chicken tender nachos and a 3 item appetizer. The chips were stale and virtually inedible, the chicken tenders on both items were so dried out and tough that they also were virtually inedible and the patio skins were overcooked to the point they were almost burnt. I completed the survey that was sent to my email about my experience. Of course, I've heard nothing.
The second, which was 2 nights ago when my husband and I went because we had a gift certificate (this time was an in store visit). The restaurant was a ghost town. There were probably a total of 5 other patrons in the restaurant. From the time we ordered to the time we got the food, our ticket time was 20 minutes plus.... In a bare restaurant. I again ordered the nachos giving O'Charleys (Smyrna, TN) a shot at redemption. Terrible idea. The chips were extremely stale, the chicken tenders once again were dry and virtually inedible and the food was cold. In this time frame our server did all but disappear. No update on ticket time, (mind you an order of nachos with grated cheese and fried toppings, a ticket time should be no longer than 10 to 12 minutes, especially in a bare restaurant). It was hard to find her to return the food and the service was a little less than average. She was kind but definitely NOT attentive. When the new dish came out it was very easy to tell that the kitchen had put the same batch of tortilla chips back in the fryer, which coincidentally was a little old, at an attempt to make them crisp again, which was a minor fail because they were at least edible.
My husband ordered a chicken pasta (max ticket time also 10 to 12 minutes) and it appeared that the red sauce had been in the hot pan for an extended period of time being the deep brownish-red coloring. His chicken however was fine, as well as the actual pasta.
At no point was there a visit from the manager OR the back of house/kitchen manager. It's at least a standard practice in restaurants that a "recook" is delivered by a manager with an apology issued. Mine was not. In fact I never even saw a manager anywhere within my view.
You guessed it!!!! You served a person with years of managerial experience in the service industry, specifically restaurants. As servers and managers we were always reminded that you never know who you may be serving, so make the customers experience a memorable one. This was memorable....... for all the wrong reasons.
