Mcdonald's

Despite the fact that there were only a handful of customers, we still had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food. The staff appeared to be working hard, but not much was getting done. One angry customer respectfully asked to speak to the manager, only to be informed that they had left. Also, the interior of the restaurant was hot and humid, making our wait seem even longer. The food was the usual McDonald's fare.

Nearly every time I go to McDonald’s they mess up my order. And I use the mobile app, so there’s no miscommunication at drive through. And yet, I’m always missing some thing (fries, apple slices for kids, drinks, etc.), or given the wrong item entirely. Is there no quality control?? This last visit 5min ago, I only ordered one thing, a sweet iced tea. And what did I get, a Coke or Dr Pepper. Not hating on soda, just absolutely not what I ordered. Tried to go in to exchange it, the lobby is closed. I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through again to fix this. Not worth it. Not worth going to McDonald’s. If you can afford eating anywhere else, I beg you to avoid eating here.

It's always a joy coming here. The staff is very friendly. It shows they care. It's a great environment. Finding a table is easy. They keep the restrooms clean. The parking lot is spacious. Finding a spot is usually easy. It's a great place to bring your friends. I feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone.

The staff is great and hardworking. The planning is terrible. At counter. Ordering is non-existent and when I order ahead through the app it takes my order takes my money. It allows me to select in-store pickup but then the doors are locked and no one is available to help. This has occurred three times in the last 6 months and around 6:30 a.m. well past their opening hours

My granddaughter loves this McDonald's I visited California stayed at the Vista hotel and every day we stopped at this McDonald's and got our Happy meals cheeseburgers and chicken McNuggets the only thing I don't like about this McDonald's is when you go into dine in the McDonald's you got no respect and no response from the employees that are there when you make your order they give you a number they tell you they will call you when their number comes up but they don't call you sat in the McDonald's for over a half an hour waiting for our food to dine in the McDonald's and finally demanded my food and by the time I got my food it was all cold me and my granddaughter left but I figured out what the problem is at this McDonald's is they take care of the people in the cars outside before they take care of the customers inside the restaurant which is backwards it should be the other way. But I'm just saying my granddaughter loves this McDonald's I like this McDonald's only through the drive-thru get better service to the drive-thru then you do inside. I don't know how much you pay these people inside but they sure do ignore you and go around doing other things instead of getting you your food.

I know the owners of the 3 of 4 McDonald's in Simi Valley. Strangely enough the 3 owned by the same owners have a higher quality of standards. McDonalds is what it is. However, the difference in the freshly made fries and the way their burgers, chicken and other sandwiches is just of better quality than the one on LA Ave. Seriously, the McDonald's on LA Ave. was the one and only McDonalds in Simi for many years. It was good, I use to go there as a kid during the march of dimes and they would give out a free hamburger and a free small drink. It was a great place. The place was sold to new owners that just do not care. Every single time I go there in the drive thru I am asked to pull to the side or their 3rd window. If you can drive to Yosemite or Cochran or even Tapo. Your McDonalds food quality will be 5 times better.
