Arby's

Ordered and paid, just to be told after 2 minutes of waiting for my order they were out of the boneless chicken, so they asked me to park and wait. About 5 minutes later, they come out with my order so I hit the road. I live about 2 miles away, so when I opened my chicken container, instead of 9 boneless chicken wings, I got about 15 chicken crumbs, cold and inedible. Is this the food standard they have or did they just make me wait to serve me food scraps. I was expecting a fresh batch of chicken! If you don't heed my earning, just really really lower your expectations here, or just don't come here when you are hungry!

For the 3rd time in 2 weeks i ordered my beef n cheddar got to the register and even paid one of the times before they told me they were out of cheddar . How can they be out of cheddar they are none for there 2 for 6 deals and i hate to say it. but the service kinda was well bellow average. I couldn't wait for simi to get an arby's and now i think i would rather drive over the hill next time i want a beef n cheddar

The food was good, the service; not so much. As usual at most places these days, it was a young kid that took my order. His voice was like a zombie with not an out of thusiasm and he sounded like he would rather be anywhere but there. I get it, most people don't like having to work, but damn. When I pulled out, I realized he had forgotten my drink, do I come back around. "Oh yeah" was all the zombie managed. No apology, nothing.

I just waited in the drive thru for thirty minutes in Simi Valley. The computer system went down and Arbys could not accept credit cards. I did not have cash so plus waiting thirty minutes I did not receive any food. No compensation just I’m sorry over a load speaker. They also kept letting people go into the drive thru. Heys a great suggestion maybe put a freakin sign or an employee out there. Here’s my SORRY Arbys it will be a cold day in hell before I spend another dime in your place.

I love this place!! So, it's Arbys and it's an American institution, but more over this particular store is awesome. Very clean, easy to get in and get out. The food was on time, hot, the server was super sweet and very helpful, quick, thorough and concise. The inside and out are all nicely kept and modern even down to the "all-gender" bathrooms. 10 out of 10, 5 stars all the way, thumbs up completely, I'll be back and I'll look to find more Arbys in my travels. Oh and by the by the new Luau menu, sooooooooooo good!

I like their sandwiches. They have a variety of sauces to choose. It seems to me, that there is less meat and larger buns. I know they weigh the meat for each sandwich. If you compare other chain resturants and deli's that load on the meat to increase the prices to go through the roof and along with inflation. I get it. Arby's doesn't. They want to make more money. But, who needs all that meat. I wish they would heat the buns through out. I just realized when writing this that Arby's doesn't put on lettuce or tomatoes maybe that's why my girlfriend says the sandwiches look so skimpy. An other thing I've noticed. Years ago, I would alway order three different types of turnovers dessert, that cherry, apple and I think blueberry now they are smaller and more expensive. smaller smaller
