I visited this place yesterday as I went to try the new Beyond Fried Chicken. That's the sole reason for my visit as I hadn't stepped foot in a KFC for many many years and didnt intend to. (though this location doubles as a taco bell lol) Anyway I ordered online and picked it up. Everything went pretty smooth and it was ready minutes after I put the order in..... Real fast food lol. So I got there picked up my bag, got my drink cup and that was it. The beyond Fried chicken was so delicious. I mean wow the batter and the breading was perfect and the flavor was spot on. It literally took my taste buds back in time...once forgotten. They are so good you don't even need the sauce. The fries are also vegan friendly and are crunchy and tasty. Highly reccomend the combo meal since it's such a small difference in price compared to just getting the chicken. It's not a health meal tjays for sure. I Highly reccomend this beyond fried chicken for that classic fried chicken taste without the harm. KFC has a long way to go in terms of improvement especially in the plant based section but this is a great start. Keep it up.

We will never go here again!! I just spent $17.00 for two tiny pieces of chicken, a very dry chicken sandwich, a side of Mac n cheese that was approx 3 tablespoons, mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and a cookie that was disgusting!! So highly over priced!! KFC needs to fold if this is the best they can do!!

Just went through the drive thru. There was a guy working in there who wasn’t wearing a mask at all. He also grabbed my fries off the line from the top with his bare hand - so the fries on top definitely touched the palm of his hand. I asked them for some new fries and the woman working on the line yells to the window “they were all made at the same time.” She clearly thought I just wanted fresher fries, but when I reiterated that the team member grabbed it with his bare hand, the worker at the window just handed me the same bag with the same fries and sent me on my way. This place is a dump. Get it under control.

Craving a nice meal with a cold drink on the side? Yeah, don’t come here. It’s worth completely disregarding this location and going to Worcester or literally anywhere else that isn’t here. None of the food is good, and their soda tastes like sink water. I hate to say it, but this is an every day thing too. Run while you can!!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Every time i’ve gone in the drive thru the workers have no personality, are rude and don’t even have the decency to say “Hi” or “how are you.” The soda taste like toilet water every time. Just got a kfc bowl and the chicken was so soggy and rubbery I couldn’t even eat it. And there was just about no gravy on it. i’ve given this place so many chances and today is the last time I’ll go there.
