Very satisfied.
I wanted a salted caramelized flavor but the guy said they didn't have that, they only have caramel. I asked for a caramel coffee and for it to be sweet and a donut.
The cashier was kind and helpful. It was very clean inside and outside. I like the effort they put in to make the atmosphere relaxing.

The 2 people who attended to me seemed nice; however, I think if a person is serving food/drink during these times, he/she should have a MASK on please. I don’t appreciate that when someone’s get me donuts, they are TALKING over my food without a mask on!!! Even though the question asked was thoughtful; the delivery was NOT! There should be a mandate that if you’re serving food, please put a mask on OR just DON’T talk over the food; confirm the order before serving it!!

Staff is friendly but they need to clean more think about their surroundings and PLEASE for the love of Mike when someone says melted sugar that’s what they want and take your spoon and stir it so it’s not on the bottom of the cup.

The reason why I am giving one star to dislocation, it’s because the manager she is very very rude person she has no skills of a customer service always Upset، with bad attitudes. I’m really sorry to say that but this is the truth' honestly even I asked one of her crew workers and she approved my words.

I don’t typically write reviews, but had to for my continued experience at this DD. Going to this location is like going through a bad relationship, it just doesn’t get better. From the manager to a few girls who work here and their rude behavior towards customers, it’s simply appalling. As a franchise you would hope that you have great staff that represents you but unfortunately these few group of staff members would end up leaving a long scare on loyal customers, Just sad

I put one star, but in reality it’s no star!
I have only been there twice, and both time it was different staff along with the same bad service. Not to mention my order that I explained was still wrong!

Past months the app service was running great. Because you dont need to wait in line. But lately, when I arrived at the store in the early morning to pick up my order. There’s a long line even there were 7 staffs working behind the counter. And when Im about to grab my order. Couple of drinks on the on-line order tray and there were long order papers hanging on the printer which they were not aware of it. I dont have any choice but to wait for more then 5 minutes because I already paid my order.

Initially I was happy with the place, because I would order on the app from home and I'd arrive within 5 minutes and my order was ready. However, over the past few weeks it's near impossible to use the app. They no longer take the app to pay in the store because it's always broken and you can't order ahead of time. They also don't have a drive through... It's unfortunate they won't get this fixed to be able to partake in the deals (I was disappointed not to get a $2 coffee today because their system was yet again down). At least it finally gives me a good excuse to resume making coffee at home.
