IHOP in Seguin, Texas... Although I loved my fresh blueberry French Toast, the hash browns were fried perfectly, the lemonade tea was great, and pancakes were fluffy and fresh and tasty, the restaurant was messy. We ate here in June and they had fans going every where did to ac issues and it wasn't too bad being that it was summer. You could tell they tried to keep it at a comfortable temperature instead of just shutting down until new ac units arrived and it was fine. But the floors were a mess. Whole slices of bacon on the floor and in my book wasting bacon is criminal! 🤗 Thank goodness we had a great waitress who made our visit awesome!

I was on my way to New Braunfels and passed here for Breakfast and unfortunately did not have a great experience. Pros: Food was tasty and warm. I got the Spicy Poblano Omelette and it was delicious. It’s 7/10 spicy. The tres leches pancakes were okay. Cons: Environment is not clean. Table was sticky. Restroom are not clean. My friends’ order was wrong. The waitress came and called the order. No one had order that, and she place it on the table. My friend told her the order was incorrect and she retracted and gave us an attitude. I also asked for napkins and syrup but didn’t get it till after 10 minutes. Overall service was pretty bad. The food is great, chefs really do their job good. Unless you are really hungry. I would not recommend this IHOP.

Well..I would like to redeem myself but more so IHOP and the staff there..since I had never ate there at 3am I had never met such an awesome team..they work together and the food came hot, pretty quick n it was so good. Andrea I believe is her name went above n beyond to serve us exactly what we needed m her waitress n staff also brought us lil things like extra napkins butter..I love when they give you no reason to call or ask for anything else. The place also seemed so much cleaner n fresh..I will be returning.. thanks~Brad & Blanca

I’m here working out of town with a large company and I will be sure to tell them of my experience at this location. I waited to be seated the store’s air conditioner was out with fans and I got my table after a little wait. There were 11 people in the dining area all seemed a little impatient. I ordered a sample platter and some coffee and after 30 min I simply checked on my order. My family is in the food industry and I understand short staff and what not. The manager brought me my meal and appetizer and I simply said that it was a long wait . As I cut into my chicken fried steak I noticed the manager pointing me out to a police officer! I can understand if I used profanity or was rude but I was not and I was escorted out by the police and was in utter shock! I will make sure none of my company visit this location! Someone needs to be accountable for this as this was the most unprofessional experience in my life!

The hostess seated us promptly; however the floor under our table was filthy. Jessie forgot about our drinks; however after 28 minutes, someone else assisted and provided our coffee and juice. After being there well over an hour, our breakfast finally came out. The harvest grain pancakes are my favorite! My son's and husband's food had no seasonings and the eggs were overcooked. I hope you have a better experience than we did. The bathrooms could use some cleaning and the manager should consider helping the team bring out drinks and check all areas to ensure there is a clean environment for their guests to eat at.
