Went there last week drive thru after 11pm I ordered Whopper meal with a medium fries and drink. On the app it said $10.69 after taxes, but the guy charging me $13.69 so he pocket 3 dollars in his pocket. I asked for a receipt but he said ran out of paper. It happened to be so convenient! Good thing I pay with cash not with a card. it looks so sketchy at night time so dark. daytime is fine I been there many of times during the day. Please be careful when you do drive thru at night there!!

I very rarely eat fast food but a few times have stopped here bc it's close by. The few times recently that I went with no line I ended up with cold food. Literally handed cold food. Gave it another try after that happened 2-3 times and there was a line of people on the drive thru and when I got my food it was finally fresh! My guess is bc they had so many ppl in line they were forced to make more/fresh food. Other than that your gonna get what's just sitting there for who knows how long.

I Just grab order there today, the 2 for 6 promotion and the $1 slushy unfortunately the the Spanish lady told me that it was broken/not working... then they messed up my order and have to come back on the restaurant all the sudden they served the slushy to the Caucasian family.. and I ask them I thought it was broken and the response I got is she just laughing and ignored it.. in my thoughts they pick which skin color they served...

I went through the drive through at this address 1449 Broadway St, Saugus, MA 01906. I ordered 2 fries but they didn't give me a receipt, I found that strange a d it turns out they charged my card $9.82. The date is 01/27/2022 I understand it's not a lot of money right but it's dishonest and just disappointing

Just went here, they messed up my food so I waited at the window for a few minutes then I see a girl who works there make herself a shake & take a sip & walk away ignoring me as well as an other worker there had also been ignoring me. I then went inside just to get the food I had ordered & the same girl fixed my order so she couldn’t of been on break. I’ve never had something so openly rude happen to me like that in a fast food place before.

The lady at the front and takes drive thru orders gave me the most rude look ever. I didn’t do anything and waited in line and she saw me and gave me such a nasty look then took my order. She shouldn’t look at customers like that. Super rude.

For some reason the food costs more at this location than any other Burger King.

First time here but there was only 2 people in front of us. Took almost 5 minutes to give them our order then another 10 plus min to get our order. All we got was 2for4 breakfast sandwiches and a 3pc French toast. We ended up with the wrong sandwiches to top it off but didn't bother going back.
