Chronic Tacos

Sorry the carnitas, alpastor, chicken tacos and salsa are not authentic Mexican flavors I won't be eating here again anytime soon maybe in a few year's I'll give them a try again if they survive that long because they have a cool name "Chronic" like they should be the boom tacos but there not I hope this helps.

I use to go here all the time, but I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment. Today, I recieved the worst serve ever. The employee started preparing my requested meat choice as a burrito instead of in a bowl as requested, and when I told him it should be in a bowl, he picked up the burrito and dumped it into a bowl with attitude as if he had a problem with me correcting him. Then I asked for a little more cheese on my order and I was told, "Yes, but it would cost you extra." I've never been charged extra for cheese there before. I wasn't provided with any condiments, my food was placed inside a bag and passed over to me very rudely. This incident occurred on 5/20/2021. But nevertheless unacceptable customer service.

The food wasn't exactly on par. Compared to most other Mexican food this restaurant in particular was the worst. Food was cold and some of the food was even under cooked like the rice they put in the burritos. The food in general is just really dry and they seem to be stingy with the amount of meat they put in the dishes. The meat is another issue because it was rather dry and didn't taste like much. Most of the meats are just chunks and don't even look like they are described. Service was alright, but they forgot the guacamole in our meal which costed and extra 2 dollars. Overall disappointed.

The staff is first rate and kind, food is quality and flavor is amazing. Quantity for price can't be beat. There is always a variety of items to choose from, daily deals are appreciated. The line can be to the door, but service is quick and complete. Thank you Cronic Taco family for always improving my daily eats.
