It is really hit or miss here. I've had great food in just a couple minutes and I've had okay food that took 25 minutes to make .
Friendliness is about the same, sometimes it's great and sometimes the employees look like they are in pain by being there.
I would definitely go more if consistency was a little better.

I eat at Southside Coneys on a regular basis and always experience great customer service. They have the new Frito Chilito on the menu and its by far my favorite item to eat there . if you haven't tried it you need to on your next visit. Also don't forget to checkin when you get there because you can earn points and get discounts on your meals.

Me and my scooter buddy stopped in for a few coneys and the young lady working there was very helpful and very nice

If you go to this place, go between 4-5pm. It's happy hour during that time. & the coneys are great.
