Ihop

Butter, Eggs, hashbrowns have little to no flavor. Bacon was raw but tasted like bacon. Portions for hashbrowns were sad!! Eggs were all broke. Toast and meal was cold. It looks good for pictures but it's misleading . Spent 30+ bucks before tip. Waitress was nice. Guy in blue button down shirt dropped creamers unopened and just kicked under the table by a ladies feet. Just disappointing

We went in for a late lunch and my mom's chicken fried steak tasted weird. We spoke with the waitress and she talked to the manager and came back and said they couldn't take it off our ticket because they had just had a delivery & changed their grease recently. I wouldn't go back myself . I included a pic of what was left there and the chewed pieces of meat on the plate. This is not acceptable as a manager of a restaurant! You've definitely lost us as customers..

Okay visit. They just need more help. Update, went again.... not sure why...food was cold...when I mean cold. This pancake they brought out never even melted the butter after 15 minutes. It might have gotten colder. Drink is never refilled. It is also very annoying when the waitress calls you friend and hun over and over.

I will NEVER return to this place !! I suggest you wait until Tulsa We were FINALLY seated and given our menus. 20 min later we still hadn't seen our waitress, so still nothing to drink or eat. Now... If they were busy that would have been different but there were 3 tables, 3 visible waitresses (none of them ours) and a crew chief. After 40 min my Husband and I are heading OUT the door where we meet a girl coming IN. She introduced herself as our waitress. Folks... All I wanted was a coffee ☕ The Guy that seated us could have done that !! Oh an PS... You folks at IHOP... I'm an excellent tipper !!

We arrived on a Sunday morning about 10. It turned out to be the ideal time. The crowd arrived as we were leaving. The food was excellent, arrived hot and as ordered. The service was good. 2 things I would change. I would heat the syrup and serve the pancakes on a bigger plate so the syrup doesn't drip off the side.

The last time we went here it was good, this time was not. With the shortage of workers and the inexperienced it makes you gain a lot of patience. We were warned the young waitress was the only one there. 30 minutes later our order was taken, by the time we got it items were wrong and missing, even with help from I think a kind supervisor. They apologized and our bill was 1/2 off. We still like Ihop, just didn't care for the experience and bad food. Only The blueberry pancakes were good.
