Panda Express

Well here we all are, with the same complaints on repeat. Nothings changed. Waited 20 minutes for one of the three entrees on the plate via drive through. Had to eventually go inside to ask for my food. They had substituted the one item with double of an item already available and then just let me sit for 20 minutes until I came and asked for it. They don’t care, management doesn’t care and corporate will never read these reviews. The money is going to have to do the talking. I’ll save mine for somewhere else. The list continues to shrink. No accountability in sight.

Had the honey walnut shrimp! So yummy!! Hot. You could definitely tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting a long time under the warming lights. The cashier was super sweet, too. I only had 10 dollars to spend and even though my order was 10 and some cents, she made up the rest! Customer Service was tip top!!

Avoid this location. Terrible. I’ve gone here several times and the service is really bad. Not listening and seem extremely put out by having to work there apparently. Today was final straw. The girl was was in full conversation with another employee about non work related stuff. I asked 4 times for no sauce on my teriyaki chicken and she still put it on there. I asked for a new portion and she played like it was my fault and then told me I’d need to wait for new chicken to be cooked. I walked out. They aren’t short staffed like most places. They employees are just really bad.

I ordered pick up through Uber eats and when I arrived they didn’t have my order ready, not a big a deal, but when I asked they said it already had gotten picked up. I didn’t pick it up, obviously, and they have mobile orders right out in the open so anyone off the street could just pick it up. No verification or anything. So instead of just handling it professionally, they passive aggressively packaged my order, rolled their eyes at me, called me rude ( for asking for my food apparently) and then when I got the bad I said thank you and they ignored me :(

I had two other people with me in my car along with myself which is three people, I wanted to order a plate of food for each of us and was told that I couldn't order more than two plates because it was drive-thru, how does that even make sense???? I guess if you want more than 2 plates of food you can't use drive thru. Ridiculous
