I want to like Firehouse subs but this is the second time I've been and I don't like the ordering process it seems not fluid and all the stuff on the menu is very meat oriented. I'm sure you can order sandwiches that are more vegetarian style. I'm not strictly vegetarian but when I have a choice I choose plant-based. they don't seem to be offering that. Overall the sandwiches are fine and if meat oriented subway style sandwiches are your thing then you'll likely think the place is okay and I'm sure ordering a few times makes for an easier ordering process.

We ordered large sandwiches and that was enough for several meals, lots of turkey stacked up and just the right amount of other flavors. The bread is fresh, but sturdy enough to hold all the goodies. For the price we were happy and well-fed for a couple of days! Staff is helpful and service was fast. With other choices in the area, we will put Firehouse Subs at the top of our list.

Tried something different. I usually get meatball sub. Tried smokehouse brisket and cheddar pairing with mac & cheese. Sandwich was delicious; mac & cheese was rich. Service was great and staff was friendly. Didn't wait long.

Not sure why I heard so many good things about this place.
The subs are average but good, take way to long to make (7 minutes for two and no one ahead of us) and are just average.
The mac n cheese is bland for supposedly having 5 cheeses. You have to put the bread crumbs in, the noodles are done and not mushy but the "cheese" sauce was just blah.
We got the Jamaican jerk turkey and a turkey self design my daughter made up...hers was better, still both just average.
Not worth the wait.

I love going here the food is always so good. They do acationly they do forget the pickle spear but they make it right by giving me an extra pickle spear on my next order. If there was a location closer to my house I would be there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Great food and atmosphere, just not the quickest with getting your order but can be worth the wait

I love Firehouse Subs, but I've never been able to eat at this location because they always have at least a 20-minute wait

We ordered several items, including a variety of their sub choices, through their online ordering, which was fairly straight forward. You can earn reward points there as well, so it's worth taking the time to do so if you think you might become a regular.
The subs were good, with the Italian and New York standing out as our favorites. Each sub came with a wrapped up pickle spear; which was good and it was nice not to have pickle juice soaking into things. However, they were on the smaller side of the subs we've seen. That and the lack of chips make the price point a bit high overall.
Our order included Mac n' Cheese and a Brownie. The Mac was made well, but not very flavorful. The sauce really needs something more. Their Brownie is a big SKIP from us. It was surprisingly bland, as if it was simply made wrong.
Food aside, ordering and pickup were simple. The staff was friendly, everyone wearing masks, and the building looked clean.
We will likely visit again to try a few things we didn't this time around. It's certainly a place I would suggest trying at least once.
