Great spot for our anniversary dinner. I made reservations online to make sure we had a table. Ended up getting seated outside right on the water. Great views! Service was great, very attentive. Food was tasty! So many things on the menu looked good, had a hard time deciding. Would certainly return for another meal!

We first discovered this restaurant in July of 2020. The food is incredible and the service is awesome. We have been to this restaurant a total of three times and every time we have loved everything that we have gotten to eat. But I also wanted to tell everyone about the great service. We were lucky enough to have a waitress named Jessica and she waited on us twice. She made our visit to this restaurant extra special. we will be back again not only because of the food but because of Jessica. Thank you for making my birthday dinner so great.

I have driven by this place so many times and never even knew it was here. It is attached to a seemingly "discount" motel. I didn't even know there was a restaurant down the hill. We came here for the first time for my father-in-law's birthday as this is one of his favorite spots for special occasions. He has been here for New Year's Eve, anniversaries and birthdays. I now know why this is one of his favorites. Everything from chicken tenders and fries for the kids, fried fish and chips, entree salads, clam chowder, pastas, chicken, shrimp, crab cakes, scallops, steaks. Everything we ordered was so well prepared, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. I haven't even seen swordfish on a menu in eons and this was the best I have ever had. Their muscles were fantastic and that's coming from someone who doesn't normally like them. Their almond crusted brie was phenomenal and the meal was finished off with creme brulee. It is a bit pricey, but for food this good and a setting this nice, it is absolutely worth it.

We would have given this 5 stars. However, the "hostess" (a bald-headed girl) was downright rude and deceitful. She told us we needed reservations to be seated (we were dressed nice and explained to her that we drove an hour to get there). Although the restaurant had restrictions on seating capacity due to Covid, a large majority of the tables were empty, so we thought maybe they were expecting more people to come in within the next couple of hours. Then we asked to speak to the manager, and the manager said "absolutely, no problem" and she seated us at one of their nicest tables facing the water. A second couple, about 15 minutes later was also seated by the manager. We could hear her apologizing to the couple as she seated them. To top this all off...by the time we were done eating (~4:30 pm) the restaurant was 90% empty. And, on our way out we overheard the bald-headed hostess tell another couple they were booked, and turned them away! Why a restaurant with such a distinctive reputation would put a woman like this as the first person the public comes in contact with is inconceivable. The restaurant would be better served by putting her in the back washing dishes, or cleaning the restaurant after hours. We will certainly go back - we've been going there since it was the Fisherman's Wharf in the 80's. Our waitress, Debbie, was spectacular! And, as always, the food was delicious. Hopefully, the bald-headed hostess will have been reassigned where she can't hurt the business.

Very good food and service. We arrived without an online reservation around 7:30pm. The hostess said they only take online reservations. When asked if I can book right then. She said there was no more available spots. I got the feeling she wasn't being fully honest with us. After going back to the car, I used my phone to book a table for 8:15pm as there were a few spots left for a party of two. I'm not sure of what the deal was with the hostess but when we came back at 8:10pm with an online reservation, we had no problems and was seated promptly. Besides that, the food was great and our waitress was great. The waitstaff all are wearing masks and every other table is blocked off for social distancing.
