The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of Laurie and ariana. These two girls are the friendliest, fastest workers there. Everytime I go there is always someone with an attitude, not when they are at the window. You can really see that they are smiling behind the mask. They really need to be recognized so I hope I got their names right. I know they were "cautious" when I asked their names which is understandable. But they are the best workers that taco bell has, and I have been there quite often. So I would know.

Received 17 packs of sauce for 2 locos supremes, but no napkins and NO MEAT!! Tried it again yesterday and while there was meat, no sports for the power bowls and again no napkins. They really need to get it together!

Wasnt impressed. Food was cold no salas or sour cream which I marked, n I put for delivery but it put me to pick up. Will be awhile before I order from here again.

Ordered 12 soft shell tacos for my family. Half had a decent amount of meat, other half had about a teaspoon sized amount of meat in it. I could have made my own tacos for the price and actually have meat in our tacos

I ordered 2 beef and bean burritos and 2 chicken chipotle burritos, and got 3 soft taco supremes and a diet coke. Nuff said...

Rude! Incompetence! Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and they gave me a burrito supreme loaded with sour cream! When I called to let them know it was wrong, I was met with a very rude answer of that is what your son ordered! I know that is not what my son ordered due to the sour cream because I can not eat sour cream! So my burrito is in the trash! Thanks for ruining my dinner taco bell! I will never go there again!! It would be one thing if this would be the first time, but it is almost every time we go there! These incompetent employees want $15 an hour but cannot get a simple order right?! Try working in the actual food industry (which I have done for over a decade) where you have to know what you are doing to get that kind of wage!!
