Burger King

Sandwich, whopper, was sloppily assembled. Asked for ketchup packets and was told:"we don't have those". When I was handed my food the person was very troubled by having to do that much work as evidenced by her scowl. Never once during payment or handing off of my order did anyone have the courtesy to even say thank you. I have been wanting a Whopper for six months but after this experience I don't care if I ever have another one. Don't bother stopping here because they do not care about the products or amor the customer.

Could not be worse. Waited in line for 20 minutes for one car to move. When I got up to the ordering spot, nobody said anything until I asked if they were ready. I was greeted with a “*sigh* go ahead” and after I ordered not a single word. I waited an awkward 30 seconds before asking “did you get that?” The very rude girl taking my order then said “$10.42”. I pulled up to the window and she never said a single word. I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and she angrily yanked it back then gave it to me and slammed the window shut without one single word. Extremely rude and seemed like taking an order was a massive inconvenience to her. Horrible employee and horrible service.

I got a chicken fry meal and the chicken fries were alright but the tea tasted like I took a sip out of a pond and poured a sweet n low packet in my mouth , and I had to trade it back for a diet coke. And then when I got the coke back, it tasted like I poured a salt packet in my mouth with some pancake syrup 🤦‍♀️ The fries looked like they were a day old and the food was super expensive smh

Poor customer service limp greasy bacon and cold greasy hash browns!! And it wad 6 in the morning!!! My daughter just smelt the food and was nauseous!! Rude customer service and had to repeat our order 5 times and all we got was 2 sides of bacon, 2 sides of hash browns and a medium coke. Better check your food for freshness before you leave bc I would have never paid for it if I knew it was going to be cold and nasty! Burger King has a long way to go to learn customer service and quality of food! A good Moto for themthem should be if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it to your customers!! The grease on my finger in this pic is from only only picking up a hash brown!! Redicilous!!! Although the best part of this experience was the fountain coke...
