Pizza Hut

We were there for their lunch buffet toward the end of lunch and, while small, everything pizza was good and hot, the staff is friendly and responsive, an all around great experience. Since the buffet space is small don't expect to be able to request a special one be put on it but I suppose that if you come at the height of the lunch rush you will have better luck on that end.

I ordered from the Fairfield hotel off of I20, I was exhausted and starving driving for 12 hours at 7 months pregnant. The online ordering said it would take 20-30 min, which I know give or take A few minutes, but it took an hour for me to get the pizza. The driver didn’t have my drink because “someone forgot to put it in the bag”. As someone who used to work as a pizza delivery driver, there is no excuse for that and drivers should always double check their orders even if someone else packed it. For some reason she asked if they didn’t have the drink I ordered In stock at the store (Pepsi) what else would I take, to which I very specifically said nothing diet and not root beer as it makes me feel sick, and she brought a root beer and made it seem like she did me a favor by even bringing it to me. So I paid $2.50 for a drink that makes me feel sick. Would never order delivery from this location again.

It took over 2 hours to deliver pizza to the hotel that is only 2 drive ways down the road! We called twice to ask where the order was and was told the first time it was on its was the second time was told it was almost done! Once the man finally showed up with our food he was clearly visibly under the influence! With 6 hungry kids 2 hours is crazy wait for pizza! This it absolutely the worst service I have ever received!

Second time Pizza hut has messed up. First time they forgot about our order and hung up on us didn't receive any pizza. Second time is tonight. I sent in an online order for a pizza with stuffed cheese crust, garlic butter blend crust, pepperoni, and mushrooms on half. We RECEIVED a pepperoni pizza. That's it. No mushrooms. No stuffed crust. No garlic butter crust. Very last time we will be ordering from this location.
