I order dinner for the family Tonight so while I am waiting I watch the young lady give a guy some food he goes through the bag checking to see if his order was right just to realize that it wasn’t his order he gives it back to her she apologized and said sir this is your food I asked well can you remake my food this gentleman just rambled through these bags and food and with Covid spiking again I don’t think I was being unreasonable with that request I was told no they couldn’t do it then I asked the manager if I can just get a refund if your not able to remake my meal and Again I was told that wasn’t possible so at this point Im so frustrated that I leave the restaurant with out my food or my money.

I wanted to go in and sit down for dinner but I was not allowed to because to the dining room is totally blocked off. The only thing you can do is go in, purchase your food from the counter, get your drink and leave. There's no sitting down allowed. It's only take out or drive-through. It's sad to say that the covid fears have taken hold of this KFC.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION! I love KFC and nothing can change that but this place really raises the bar. We went in and ordered a big to go meal right before they closed and we’re out around ten minutes with all fresh food. We never checked our bag so we did unfortunately miss a couple things so the next day we went in and requested our coleslaw and gravy (& to order more mash potatoes) and they requested our receipt and replaced our whole order. All $50+ of our meal from the day prior and even added some cookies. Very happy with their service and consideration of their customers!

This Kentucky fried chicken it is amazing, great customer service, great food fresh, nice and clean, nice and caring staff members. I recommend this place particularly hands-down no doubt. The cashier/order take her for a drive-through she is amazing she deserves a raise she serves to be promoted she is a golden token my visit was todayFriday, August 20, 2021 9 PM Ruskin Florida.

Their food is normal KFC quality. Nothing special. The young man taking the orders through the drive through was rude. He didn’t listen to what I was asking. He had an attitude as well. After 1 hour of waiting in the line we got to the window and he was talking to his co worker about how he was going to be the best rapper in the world. He then proceeded to take another customers order and then placed that customer on mute to talk trash about his order. The employees are lazy and take a long time. Obviously when ordering fast food I’m confused on why it took so long to get to the window for ours. Customer service is missing at this location. A few months ago the employees there were polite and friendly. Now it’s a hassle.

I work at Amazon less than a mile away, so I stopped by to use the bathroom inside. I put my order in and asked if I could change while I waited because I was in a hurry. The manager said yes. I knocked on the door and got cursed out by a disgruntled woman inside who I soon learned was an employee. The two guys at the register sheepishly apologized and said she must’ve thought I was an employee. While inside, 5-7 minutes, someone (another female employee) knocked twice and expressed her annoyance before using the mens restroom. I got my food and left… currently sitting in my work parking lot with a lap-full of stale wings. It was a disappointing enough experience to review. I recommend the McDonald’s next door because they’re fast, fresh, and drama free. There’s also great Chinese, Mexican, and Mediterranean restaurants in the plaza across the street if you have time.

I haven't been to KFC in a long time. I had the original recipe. It took me back to my childhood days. I had the 4-piece dark meal. Although it was fried, it wasn't greasy. It WAS full of flavor. The inside was closed to customers; therefore, there was a really long line outside at the drive-thru. It was expected since COVID cases are on the rise. The staff was professional and moved quickly. My chicken was really, really hot. It was worth the wait. My wife had the chicken sandwich and enjoyed the flavor. I would definitely recommend this place.
