Dunkin'

I have gone to several Dunkin Donuts and usually they’re either okay or not good. This location was great. I was pleasantly surprised that this location had great customer service. The clerk (Dylan I think) was very nice. We went on a Thursday night around 7:30pm and were surprised they actually still had glazed donuts left and also our frozen coffee was good. This location is not that lose to my house but I wish it was. Kiddo to the staff for a great job!!!

I have been going here for about 3 days now, on vacation with my family. The donuts have been very good, and same with the coffee. BUT this morning, I walked in, on the way to the beach, and instantly felt uncomfortable due to an employee who would not take their eyes off my chest. They even made an employee switch positions with them so they could talk to me/ look at me longer. He forgot details on my order to continue the conversion. It ruined my morning and made me feel disgusting. This is unacceptable behavior.

As much as I enjoy Dunkin and the Baskin Robbins, this location needs a LOT of help. The location is just not a good one, and getting in and out of the shop is almost impossible, and honestly dangerous. Due to the massive amount of Drive Thru traffic, the parking lot is just dangerous to get into. The inside is often very dirty, with sticky tables and chairs. It is also rather confusing just how and where to place your order.

My grand daughter and I went in to the Ice-cream counter at a quiet time (one other client at the till awaiting an order and drive through not backed up). We browsed the ice cream selection for a minute or two and then waited for someone to take our order. And waited... and waited... and waited... and waited... and... walked out. I was going to order about $50.00 to $60.00 worth of ice-creams to carry home to family and guests back at home, but I guess one old man and a ten year old girl did not look like big enough pickings to the crew and they did not need to be bothered with my order. Some of them made eye contact but didn't even pause to Say "I see you and will be with you shortly" (as soon as I finish this conversation with my associate buddy)" I will not be going back. Oh, and thank you for the valuable lesson to my grand daughter that no customers or clients should be treated as insignificant or ignored. People have feelings, and hers were hurt. Its OK though - we went to the grocery store and got all kinds of goodies (including some good ice-cream) for less money I would have spent at Baskin Robbins in Sun City Center. I can't post this review without giving at least one star so here it is.
