Subway

Won’t use this Subway again and it’s the closest to me. I asked for 2 6 inch wheat, pepper jack, toasted. Noticed after veggies were added the first sandwich probably wasn’t toasted so I asked her, she said I didn’t tell her to toast it and argued with me about it. With lettuce, spinach and all veggies on it she put it in the toaster. I told her you can’t toast the veggies too. She opened it up so I could see. It WAS wilted so I reached to touch it and she pulled it away from me, mind you this was a sandwich I was buying. Basically said she would make another if I paid for all three so both were thrown away because I left and went to another Subway up the street

I used to go to this subway very often and it was always good. I have not gone to this location in over a year and decided yesterday to stop by and get a sandwich. I ordered a oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. Apparently they don’t have the whole chicken breast anymore and instead they cut it up into chunks which is odd. Next several of the veggies were finished even though the place wasn’t busy at all. The veggies they did have didn’t taste fresh. They also didn’t refill several of the sauces. On top of that I tried to purchase a soft drink and the lady said the machine was out of order. I was severely disappointed in the place and the sandwich. Not sure what happened to this place but it dropped in quality by a lot. The employees also don’t seem to care. Hopefully they improve.

Whomever working tonight made my order sloppy, our wraps in a square shape, bread was not fresh as it was falling apart, and I had a piece of cut plastic in my sandwich. I called and told the lady and she paused like she didn't know what to say or do and claims she was the manager. She said she was about to close soooo she could make another sandwich tomorrow. I asked for her name but she hung up on me. I called right back, no answer and can't leave a message. I would like a full refund immediately. I'll be up there tomorrow for sure.

The employees were attentive, but a little unorganized. I ordered online, so I can just pick up, but when I got there, my sub wasn't even made yet, and I had to wait for them to attend everyone in line for them to make my sub. To make matters worse, they were out of wheat bread and tomatoes. They also tried to compensate me with a drink, but all they had was diet soda. I used to work in merchandising, so I can tell it's not their fault, but this location does need more attention, and maybe another helping hand.

Let's start with saying that I ordered on line. They didn't have the bread that I wanted then didn't have tomatoes, I requested onion, and didn't get any, but the guys there with good attitude. I almost forgot, the soda dispenser was almost out of everything. Like I said the people there were the only good at this location.
