Whataburger

This is one of the worst Whataburger locations I have ever been to. Always incredibly slow no matter what time of day. Expect 5-6 minutes per car in line, so if there are 3 people in front of you. Prepare to wait 20-24 minutes for your FAST FOOD. And even then, you'd expect fresh food would be hot? Nope Its warm at best. I'd give this location 0 stars if it was an option.

Order taker wore gloves. She gave change, handled food orders, touched door handles but never put on fresh gloves. Order taking process was very inneficient and unorganized. Took nearly 40 minutes to finally get my simple order, and it want really that busy! Paid extra for cheese but they failed to put it on my burger. Burger was only warm rather than hot. Condiment tray was empty. Very disappointed on this visit. Will try one of the nearby competitors next time.

I was eating my fries and was almost done with them when I ate something that was not a fry…. I have no idea what it was but it was extremely pungent and made me throw up. It was the worst taste I’ve ever experience and the taste lasted in my mouth for a while. At first I thought I was crazy but my boyfriend could smell whatever it was by smelling the rest of the fries. Just wanted to leave this review to prevent that from happening to someone else. Pay attention to what you’re eating here!

A Texas Treasure for fast food and great service. Seniors get a free soft drink or tea, so we always order the large onion rings and a burger each. We got the old standby, the original WhatAburger with cheese and grilled onions as well as the seasonal double-burger with bacon and special sauce. The staff is always "Texas Friendly" and true to course, the manager gave us free fries 🍟 to be sure we enjoyed our meal. When we eat out, we always "dine-in" so the food is good and warm. WhatAburger is our Go-To place!

Hate to keep piling on the negativity here, because the workers here are genuinely polite, but the quality is always poor and the wait is terrible, no matter what time you come. I always order on the app and arrive with a couple minutes to spare to ensure my food is not getting cold waiting for me but low and behold the fries are ALWAYS COLD, even when they're preparing my order "fresh." I'm so sick and tired of it, but my husband loves Whataburger and this location is only a mile from home. I would say "never again" but I hear other locations around here are just as bad. Seriously though, DO SOMETHING about your fries. They are always inedible whether we come at noon, dinner, or late night times. Also, expect 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru if you order after 10pm...and even if I order ahead in the app as I always do. I still have to wait almost one hour for my order when it is estimated to take 15-20 minutes max. Just absurd.

Service is extremely SLOW and poor whether drive thru or dine in. Went through drive thru on Mother’s Day at approximately 4:15 pm. There was only one vehicle in front of us. We waited and waited at speaker in drive thru with absolutely no one speaking to take our order with several attempts saying hello hello to obtain a response with NO ANSWER and waiting 15-20 minutes. Drove around to side of restaurant and called same. Phone was answered and acknowledged they were open after questioning same. Manager stated the drive thru employee was changing shake machine. UNBELIEVABLE!! Placed Oder over phone and went inside to wait again for another 10-15 minutes for a $18 dollar order only to observe approximately 7 employees behind counter including manager in which one could have been assigned to take drive thru orders while the one employee changed out shake machine! Unreal!!
