McDonald’s preaches consistency. This McDonald’s is consistent alright, consistently getting orders wrong. My family orders food once a week from this McDonald’s and fifty percent or more of the orders are wrong. The order is simple, three cheeseburgers, ketchup only, medium and small fries. The fries are correct but not the burgers. I get one with onions and ketchup, one with everything on it, and one with pickles and mustard. I understand it’s trying times and staff is short but get the staff you have trained right and to follow what’s on the screen to make and package.

I should've kept going when it was 945pm and a line around the building. Horrible wait for nothing but untrained staff. Waited too too long in line. Got to window finally and cashier dissappear. Finally came and had no change for cash. Got to window, only to find out the person didn't even get my entire order.

3/5/2018 update: This location takes digital payments so you can use your phone, very convenient. The service is always great when I come. I've been here at dinner, late night and breakfast and although different people, the service remains the same. That speaks to the owner and management. The only thing I noticed this time is the restroom was not clean; there were paper towels on the floor and in the sink and the paper towel dispenser was not working. There was also ketch up splatter on the wall and around the ketchup dispenser area. Otherwise, there was someone cleaning the glass. ================== During the summer months, we play basketball till around 10:30pm so then we all go and get ice-cream. This is where we go for ice-cream after we play! We also like going at this time because it's not as busy. Almost every time we go, it is always busy and there is always a line. Just drove up today (May 12 2017) and there was quite a line in the drive-through. So I went inside and I still had to stand in line. It's good business for them, just need to pack your patience if you're going in just for ice-cream :) Otherwise, it's a good place.
