Penelope's Restaurant

My fiancee and I stopped in for a late lunch. She ordered the open faced roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes, and I ordered the choose two Greek platter with gyro meat and soulvaki on a pita with onions and tomatoes. I am use to traditional soulvaki being made from chunks of pork, but this one seemed to be made from pork chops because they were much thinner. Even so, the Greek flavors were still there. I only received 3 strips of gyro meat though. (Perfect for a sandwich, but seems a little light for a platter meal.) My fiancee liked her open faced roast beef sandwich, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from real potatoes. The restaurant was clean and the staff were really friendly too. We might venture back again in the future.

They call this a restaurant? Disgusting food made of cardboard. Service was terrible. It took the waitress 20 minutes to ask us what we’d like to drink after seating us. Waited another 30 to order. Took an hour for the food to come out. It was disgusting and the food went to waste. Never returning. Please don’t waste your money at this place.
