Subway

Placed an order online for pickup last Sunday afternoon. It said it'd be ready in 20 min. My husband goes to pick it up and there's a sign on the door saying "Gone to bank. Be back in ten" (This was on a Sunday, so not sure what bank they were going to) My husband waits 20 minutes and still no employee. Had to cancel online order and make other plans. I understand it's hard to find employees right now, but don't believe they should be able to just leave and not return to work. My husband said during the 20 min he was waiting in the parking lot, several people went up and tried to get in the door,saw the sign, then left, so they missed out on lots of business. Hopefully a manager cares enough to address this with the employees who he or she probably thinks are working but aren't even there.

Update, some employee change over is good and they must have gotten some new staff. Have not seen anybody here not working hard. Most are friendly and doing well with cleanliness. If they would just change their gloves when coming from back then it would be better. But overall this place has improved. Good job to the new staff. Some brown lettuce. Drink station is always clean.
