Papa Johns

After placing a delivery order before 5:30, we got notified our order was out for delivery at 6:15. Two phone calls and 50 minutes later we still have no food and we’re told we needed to wait another 15 minutes at least before it would be here. So an hour after our food was prepared, it has been sitting in a car getting cold driving all around NWA. So much for hot fresh pizza.

The rudest service I have ever experienced from a Papa John's store. I have been a customer of this store for 3 years and this is what I got the other night (03/14/2020) from a little kid "manager" working there, named Dakota! I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery: blue cheese and some peppers (that I paid for) were missing, I called to ask for the driver to deliver it back (since I had paid for it). Not only they refused to do so, they told me they just would not deliver it to me and then hang up on me! This 'customer service' should not be tolerated by such a successful pizza company. Then I called to order one more pizza (since we needed more pizza at the party), Dakota answers the phone and refused to serve me! I ordered one more large pizza and as soon as I finished placing my order there was silence on the phone. Then they hang up! All of this is recorded on video for presenting it to the general manager and as evidence to back this review. I will not order pizza from this Papa John's store again. There are other stores around and I will use those. You should do the same!
