Subway

I say this with love cause I’ve been here a fair amount , but the girls who work here are usually on top of everything. But the other night when I came in there was a guy working and he had his ear buds in and didn’t hear a lady who was waiting for over 10 minutes to get noticed. I felt really bad for her cause I’ve been that person at other stores. But all the other times I’ve came here has been really nice. Usually the lines goes pretty fast except for the dinner time wave, but they make due with what they can. The employees are always friendly with me . Only thing I wish they would do is make more cookies cause a lot of times they are sold out or I’m buying the last of them.

A little disappointed with how their process works, I went in to get a sandwich and the guy taking my order was asked to grab something from the back in the middle of making my sandwich and he went back there with the same gloves, came back and asked me what I wanted, I waited a while before I told him anything because there was people inside and I didn’t want to seem like the complainer but he was waiting so I just gave him my order. He put the veggies on my sandwich and then proceeded to check out and still with the same gloves touched his screen. The other girl who was there changed her gloves every time she did something new, I went ahead and paid for my order but I did mention to him that I felt uncomfortable that I am most likely not going to eat it, I just didn’t want to seem rude and he only said well I just grabbed some lids…. After that I was like whatever it’s pointless to say anything else because he was going to do whatever he wanted to either way…. Not good service :(

The woman who was working 11/23/21 at 3:30pm did a horrendous job. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. She made zero effort. She destroyed my sandwich, and I could not even eat it, since it was so messy. It seemed as though she was intentionally messing up my food. The spinach was literally rotting. I should have just left but I froze in the awkward situation. Without exaggeration…literally the worst Subway experience I have ever had. Will never go back. Several other comments about how the vegetables were rotting. This appears to be a systemic issue with no solution in sight.

I have worked in customer service many years in my life. I experienced one of the best today. I don't usually do these reviews, but Heather the Manager at this subway made me feel like I was very important. She paid special attention to how my wife likes her sandwiches. She made it a point to wash and re-glove each time she left the front. She ran the front alone and was conversational to all. Also very funny. I will be visiting again. I really enjoyed my visit and my wife loved her sandwich.

I normally have no issues at this location. However today I went there and got two foot longs. There was a new worker - and I had to ask for more lettuce and toppings. And still only received 4 Sliced black olives. $16 worth and the only good part was the bread. I will not be going back to this location. Very poor - lettuce is old and brown. I’m afraid to eat it and get sick. I have Pictures if needed.

This place has been a total turn around! Its clean and the food has great quality. The people working today seems so much nicer and having fun with customers. I could see they were so busy but didnt let the customer see that. I asked all their name on purpose. HEATHER manager. DILLLEN AND A young lady but did get her full name. Great food and clean again.
