Greco Pizza

June 18, 2022. I placed an order for pizza delivery today at 11:42 am. I asked for delivery by 1:45 pm, but it didn't arrive after about 20 minutes, so I called the customer center and she responded very unkindly and transfer the phone to the store where I ordered also store staff very unkindly and then the pizza was very cold when it arrived. I didn't hear any apologies while talking to two of the staff. If they said just one word "Sorry", everything would be fine but didn't say that nobody. When I order pizza, I always order from Greco, but this time I am very disappointed.

Definitely better than what most people are complaining about on here. Unlike most other pizza joints that employ people who don't understand either English or French; this place is competent when you order food here. It is however confusing on their website when you order the special for $23.99 and they some how tack another $5 to the order. At least the staff explains the cause for it. This is a minor issues that I can live with. Food is definitely good.
