Today would probably be the last time I would go to Wendy's. I went to Wendy's with my dad today after work and we were pretty hungry. After we received our food, we sat down about to enjoy our crispy chicken sandwiches when suddenly I took a bite of my sandwich to find out the whole chicken was RAW. We were disappointed to wait for our food to find out the chicken was 100% raw. I have photos to prove it to show how disgusted we were when we saw this. I hope I don't get sick from this.

Got there at 11:30, sat in the drive-thru (4 cars) for half an hour before getting to the speaker and was asked to wait. 10 minutes later I still hadn't gotten to order and the car that was before me was still waiting for their order. Ended up leaving after 40minutes without ordering. 3rd bad experience in 4 visits to Wendy's. Maybe if they were less focused on being funny on twitter and more focused on their service they wouldn't have just lost a customer.

They literally had no one in line and they said "what can I get you" then kept asking "is that it?" I used to work for Wendy's and this was NEVER okay. I still even have my letter of recognition from corporate. So yeah, seeing Wendy's in a new state really broke my heart. If only they had been taught better. To be happy where they worked. That it can be more than just a job.

I just went through the drive through which took forever. I ordered a taco salad large FF large chocolate frosty and a small vanilla frosty. I get all the way home ready to enjoy my taco salad and all I had was a bowl full of lettuce and a bag of chips. No chili no sour cream nothing. I tried several times to call and they must have the phone off the hook. Never again will I go there.

Went to this Wendy's beware rude employees!
I've been an employee at fast food places.
We walk in trying to order .
My mom and I
They tell us to go to the kiosk instead of insisting us when we're standing in front of them.
I was having a really hard time with the app
I will not be treated rude by your employees .
I don't care how backed up you are.
Customers in front of you are important and first.
I will not purchase any food at a Wendy's again.

I tried to make a mobile order today for drive through pick up. The app was having issues and the order would not process; however, it charged my card through Apple Pay.
I went inside and after waiting 7 minutes at the counter was greeted and asked if I was ready to order. I explained that I was charged through the app but my order did not go through. The employee looked at my screen shots and said “I’m not sure what to do with that”, then after an awkward minute she began helping other customers and would not look at me. Didn’t offer an ounce of help. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, this location is a joke.

The last experience I had with Wendy's, which was last night, was a bit ridiculous. So they closed there lobby early due to low staff which is perfectly understandable and exceptible. But what got my goat was the fact that they didn't lock the doors or put a sign on the door saying lobby closed. So after we went in and began ordering on the kiosk... Ten minutes later one of the workers came out and said and quote "We're not serving in the lobby you have to leave.". It was a bit rude the way they said it. I mentioned that it's probably best you lock the door then and they replied "We're not allowed to lock the door". And that's what got me because even if that were the case any manager should've been able to lock the door and if there wasn't a manager at the time that's really bad.... Also what I saw in the kitchen was associates talking drinking soda and on there phones. And there was a massive line in the drive thru and they were just carrying on. I don't like reviewing places at all but this was an issue that needed to be addressed.

Just spent at least 45 mins just waiting for someone to take my order in the drive thru. Then, I finally get to the window and find out that the person who took my order didn't add all the items I asked for. I literally order 2 four for fours, 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and 4 cookies. After she realized she forgot the 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, she let the kitchen know and I was not charged for them since it was their mistake. On top of the wait and my order not being taken correctly, there were people behind the counter who may or may not have been employees since they weren't in uniform and also had their child behind the counter as well. I am usually a really patient person and always like to give the benefits of the doubt but this was ridiculous.
