I live like 2 mins away from the store & I was going to order a pizza on the app so I called in to see if they could make it since the app only had frozen food & the old dude with the bears told me the oven being cleaned out so it will be half a hour until it’s done so I decide to just go to the store to get something else & the over wasn’t even being cleaned so I got the pizza & he made it after 2 mins since I called. guy seemed like he didn’t wanna make it

I usually have no issues with this location since it's convenient but I will not return until all the employees are wearing masks or Covid is done and varians associated are no longer. I understand you have no control over the customers coming in but you do with your employees.

The customer service here is always good. I never have any issues when I stop by for gas or beer. The location is very convenient and it's easy to get in and out. I never have any issues with the gas pumps. The outside and inside are always clean and free of clutter. I would recommend this location.

Last week I purchased 4 nestle iced teas that were discounted but got home and realized they were expired. Luckily I had my receipt. I returned to the store last night with receipt and the old teas to get refund and the male cashier initially refused, stating “I needed to come back the next day between 9-2 when the manager was there”. I didn’t understand why a manager needed to be present for a $2 refund especially since I had the receipt, proof of expiration date on drinks, and the same cashier who sold me the drinks was the same guy who I was dealing with. He even said “well I didn’t know they were old” after I questioned them selling expired products. He was rude, almost refusing my refund. After about 10 minutes of him angrily trying not to refund a mere 2 bucks and me explaining that I could not come between the hours of 9-2 as I work as well, he then proceeded to SNATCH the receipt out of my left hand, SNATCH the bag of teas from my right hand, grab two bucks from his register and slam it on the counter. I simply took the money and left. Never had I been treated with such disrespect, especially as a consumer who actually frequents that location often, to return product that expired. I have already contacted customer relations and I will be following up with his manager. I hope this transaction was on camera so the store manager, owner, and corporate offices can witness the poor, unnecessary customer service I experienced!

I have a problem with whatever you call the mess on the north facing exterior wall. Absolutely unnecessary. GAUDY. This is Riverview NOT Bradenton. I won’t set foot in there ever again.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with a customer at this store (he was soliciting inside the store for an extended period of time). When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she gave ME a difficult time & declined to give me the manager's name or to address the *customer* (who was not making a purchase, but was bothering not only myself, but other customers). I kept my rcpt, noted the store #, contacted the corporate offices & was promptly contacted back by the franchisee owner. When I explained my experience, the owner understood the situation and advised that the employee had been terminated for similar complaints. I was sorry that she had lost a job over this, but apparently this was not the first time this had happened. I appreciate the owner's attention to the customer. Otherwise, the 7-11 has courteous staff & is well-stocked & operated. Thank you.
