Fresh Donuts

I despise the very idea that my sons were given terrible customer service likely because I decided to stay in the car this morning (I was in pajamas for this early morning school drop off). Not that it should matter but I raised my boys right-they know to say "please" and "thank you." When my youngest son (11 yo) was asking for his donut and chocolate milk, albeit shyly, the man behind the counter told him, "Just tell me what you want. You keep saying things but you're not telling me what you want." When my oldest (15 yo) asked for a croissant with cream cheese (my request), the man behind the counter just told him, "No." There was no response from him to say what croissants they had in spite of the fact that my sons could very clearly see croissants in the glass case. As upset as I am about the situation, my children still kindly gave him slack— “maybe he is just grumpy…today.” Professionals and business owners should not treat customers this way. People who treat children poorly are not deserving of my hard earned money. Shameful.

Great tasting donuts and exceptional customer service! The owners are so nice and sometimes have commentary donuts! They also have their dozens at a cheap rate!! I order ahead and they always have my donuts neatly packed. Today, I order 4 dozen and the owner helped me carry them to my carry in the pouring rain. I love this place.
