Pho Ha

Food is fine. Served lukewarm, but tasty. My issue here is that more than once, this place has overcharged, thinking that I don’t notice. Today, we were charged for 2 lemonades (only ordered 1) 2 orders of egg rolls (only ordered 1). We brought it to the waitress’s attention and she said that the order was correct. It was not. The issue is not so much that we overpaid—the issue is the attitude that we got for bringing it up, and that -this is not the first time-. While the food is nice, this interaction left such a sour taste in my mouth that after several years coming here, this was definitely the last time. Strongly recommend you do your own math before the bill comes to the table, and be ready to defend yourself.

My friend and I came for the 3rd time hoping our experience would be better. But it was not. Customer service is a mess. Although this last time were greeted by an older man, he was very friendly and had a smile. I order rare steak pho an spring rolls. My rare steak was not rare and my spring rolls were old. When I usually order rare steak at other places it comes out on a seperate plate raw and I cook it in the broth bc the broth is so hot. The spring rolls are usually amazing but this time they were falling apart and not edible. I ate only half of one of the 4. My friend ordered steak something, asked for another # combination with white rice, got something totally different. Egg fried rice and chunky steak when he asked for the thin sliced streak. He asked for a Coke 3 times it never came. He had to go up to the counter to get it. Our waitress was rude as everytime we have been. We will not be back. I love my pho and spring rolls but if I'm paying $50 and rarely eat out: once or twice a month I'll take my service elsewhere.

Many of the reviews here, say that the service here (Magnolia location) sucks! And I would have to totally agree. The food, however, is really good. People have also said they are so confused on what to do when they come in & all you get is someone pointing to an open table. No hello, no smiles, no greeting, no nothing lol. Soooo if you have never been here... Let me give you some tips of what I have learned to do: When you walk in, and see an empty table just go ahead and have a seat. Most of the people that work there, know little to no English, so you will have to rely using your body language and a lot of pointing at the menu. I will post the picture of the menu for your reference lol. You will notice that every table has a number assigned to it... remember your number. When you are done eating, you may or may not get a check from your waiter... if you do great! You will have to take your check to the cashier and let them know what table number you were at. If you don’t have a check, just let them know what number you were sitting at and they will have the check at the cashier desk. So like I (& many others) have said, the service sucks, but the the food is always great & fresh. With that said, Good Luck!! 🤣

Employees are very nice people , I asked for suggestions and they were accommodating . Not sure what all the bad service reviews are about . Has a small family run atmosphere to it and I'm perfectly fine with that. I ordered pho and ate it all , was yummy ! Friend also ordered a very delicious meal just can't remember it's name . Love how they are open late to !
