Mcdonald's

I went to McDonald’s today to get a lager iced caramel coffee, didn’t think I asked for bugs with that. As soon as I got my coffee I opened it and saw a very large fly. I took it back to get a refund and the workers were extremely disrespectful. They did not apologize for the bug in my coffee. The overall service was a 0/10. I would give no stars if I could. Also all of their machines are always “down”, for months on end. Something needs to be changed at this McDonald’s. I also asked for a sprite and they gave me carbonated water.

Friday April 29th time 13:36 by my grill slip, requested Big Mac meal no lettuce. Received. Asked for a recommendation for burger with lettuce, tomato and onion. Drive thru service representative recommended Daily Double, said it came with Ketchup, Mayo, etc.. I asked if it came with 2 patties. Yes was the reply. I added 2 to my order. Arrived home to find Big Mac meal as ordered but the Daily Doubles which cost $2.69 each were barely a burger. Wouldn’t qualify for the dollar menu. 1 patty, ketchup, and 5-7 small pieces of shredded lettuce. If you recommend a sandwich, please make sure your prep crew knows how to make one. I’ve been avoiding McDonald’s for a while. This trip reminded me why. If I didn’t live so far away, I would have turned around for a refund. McDonald’s was always my favorite growing up as well as my kids. Never again!!!

i’ve never had a problem until I went inside and some managers were literally yelling at somebody when you first walk in. It was completely unprofessional and you could hear their entire conversation while ordering, I know for a fact that they could’ve gone somewhere else or even in the back room or somewhere where you couldn’t see them or hear them. A lot of the employees there are people from my school and I hear so much bad things about this establishment. Not to mention there was another employee sitting at one of the booths sodding. needless to say I will stick to the drive through.

I sat in the line and watched the truck that was behind me go along with 6 other cars….when I finally got to the order window I was asked to wait….after waiting and watching more cars in the other line go through, I had to get their attention by saying “Hello”. Very, very poor service! The server who gave me my food just stuck her arm out the window without opening it all the way. Weird. I will not give them my service again. AND….why do they charge me $4.59 plus $.99 for a 6 piece nugget meal? Every time…..

Stop in at McDonald's yesterday with my daughter. Used inside kiosk as that was only method to order. Only two others in lobby. Waited for over twenty minutes to finally receive one quarter pounder hamburger and a four piece nuggets. Unbelievable! Front counter worker had terrible attitude. Didnt care about anything. Managers were running around trying to assist a former employee with coming back to work. Care for customers in lobby was zero even watched an employee go on break , stand in lobby to order a meal and was told by a manager they didnt have time to serve him, just to go into back and make his own meal. It was disturbing and horrible to watch this establishnent operate. They have lost my family's business completely. This location should be shut down, it is a embarrassment to the chain.. I hope corporate Or regional visits ithis location..
