Love the chicken! Fries have been undercooked in the past but have slightly improved. Staff doesn't really interact everything is on a kiosk. Fast and affective, not much wait, reasonably priced. Ghost pepper sauce not very spicy but still has a good taste. Minimal decorations, spaced out seating, tables and floors are not always clean however great atmosphere to hang out with your friends. Always seems to be out of one flavor of frosty :(

They were fast and the food was good. The area is clean and has a nice feel. The only complaint I have is that I can't get a refill on the lemonade that I got. Why would you fill up my cup with more than halfway with ice if I can't get a refill. I would have asked for no ice if I knew I was only going to get half of the lemonade I payed for.

I have nothing good to say about my latest experience here. Normally it’s fine. Subpar compared to other locations, but fine. Progressively it’s been worst and worst each time. I called 4 times previous to writing this and it just rang. I couldn’t go back because my lunch was ending. My sandwich was wrong first. I order chicken, got a hamburger. And a cold one at that. That could be because I was in line for 20 minutes. The sauce was not the one I asked for. Both workers in the drive through were a little unfriendly. Now through no fault of the actual workers, it’s also frustrating that the 4x4 switched so now I have to get the $5 bag to get what I want. Unbelievably poor experience and no one would answer the phone when I was trying to get it resolved.

We came and had to ask to be helped even though a manager was standing right there. Nobody greeted us.The guy that helped us, Logan, was very friendly and helpful. Service is very slow. They were out of napkins and small lids. This caused a mess with a small child spilling her drink. The floors and tables were dirty. New management would help.

I have mixed feelings for this location. The day crew during the week struggles with quality but the evenings I have never had a problem with. During the day, I've been given a coke that had no syrup so it was just carbonated water. Burgers that were somewhat slimy/undercooked or fries that were way to salty.
